4. Payments

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
  • Delayed payments may pause or delay the project.
  • No work will be handed over until all dues are cleared.
  • Upfront payments are non-refundable unless covered under our Refund Policy.

5. Revisions & Change Requests

  • Revisions are limited to the number specified in the proposal.
  • Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
  • Major structural changes requested after work begins are considered new tasks.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
  • Drafts, concepts, strategy documents, and rejected versions remain LapaOne’s property.
  • You may not resell or distribute our work without written permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Share necessary content, access, and approvals on time
  • Ensure provided content does not violate copyright or laws
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Delays caused by client inaction may extend project timelines.

8. Service Limitations

We follow best practices, but we do not guarantee:

  • Specific SEO ranking positions
  • Increase in traffic or revenue
  • Instant results from marketing campaigns
  • Outcomes affected by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting companies, etc.)

9. Portfolio Rights

LapaOne may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

10. Termination of Services

We may terminate services if:

  • Payments are delayed
  • Terms are violated
  • Misuse, fraud, or inappropriate behaviour occurs

Clients may request termination based on mutual agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

LapaOne is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data
  • Downtime caused by hosting providers
  • Business losses due to marketing performance
  • Third-party service failures
  • Incorrect access or misuse by the client

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under Gujarat courts.
